Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (such as earphones, in-ear monitors, or opened audio accessories). Any items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page are also not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be made through the same method used for payment (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly through replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellations
Since we process orders quickly, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may not be possible to cancel as your order may already be in preparation or shipment.
